My Approach to Therapy

I support parents, teens, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals and couples with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique experience. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice or telling you how to live your life. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore who you are, understand your challenges, and move forward in ways that feel authentic to you.

Supporting Parents & Families Parenting doesn't come with a manual, especially when your child is navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, identity exploration (including gender and sexuality), or when familiar strategies suddenly stop working. You may feel overwhelmed, judged, or unsure about how best to support them while also caring for yourself.

I help parents understand their child and themselves without judgment. Together we can strengthen communication, navigate school systems and resources, process your own worries or grief, and build a deeper, more authentic connection. You don't have to be a perfect parent. You just need a space to show up honestly and explore what comes next.

Supporting Teens & Young Adults Who am I? What do I want? Where do I belong? These questions can feel especially heavy during the teen years and into young adulthood. Many are navigating the complexities of multicultural identities, LGBTQ+ experiences, family expectations, and finding a sense of belonging in a rapidly changing world.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore who you are becoming. We can unpack pressures, navigate life transitions (college, careers, relationships, independence), process identity and belonging, and define success and fulfillment on your own terms. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy is a place to be curious, honest, and supported as you discover what matters most to you.

Supporting Neurodivergent Adults & Couples Many adults are recognizing how ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence has shaped their lives, sometimes after years of masking, burnout, or feeling "different." These differences bring real strengths but can also create challenges in work, daily life, self-worth, and relationships.

For individuals, I help with self-understanding, recovering from masking, executive functioning strategies, and building self-compassion.

For couples, I support partners in understanding each other's neurotypes, improving communication (especially around directness, sensory needs, and emotional processing), reducing recurring misunderstandings, and building a relationship that works for both different brain styles. My goal is to reduce shame and help you (and your partnership) thrive by honoring how you're wired.

Wherever you are in your journey, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect. I'd love to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
