Do you find yourself feeling sad, empty, lonely, anxious, hopeless, unworthy, and with a lack of interest in things you used to love? Do you avoid partaking in certain activities or social situations due to fear and worry? Do the fear and worry consume your daily life? Are you experiencing relational conflict?
If so, I would love to provide you with a safe space to help you understand where these feelings are stemming from and what healthy coping strategies are available to you. If you are ready to start working on getting back into a more solid routine, or if you are ready to start a new routine, I am ready to help you get there. I know that there can be challenges when you are not feeling like yourself, and having someone there to walk with you and teach you how to move forward can make all the difference.
My name is Ericka Martinez and I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relational issues. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
